For providers
Create your service listing
Write your description, upload photos, set your base pricing and pick the categories that describe your work. This is your public storefront: the page customers land on when they discover you through search, category browsing or country filters.
Configure your active modes
Services supports three engagement modes: appointments (time-slot based), reservations (multi-day bookings/rentals) and product orders (with live inventory). In settings, toggle on any combination a stylist might run appointments only, a rental shop might run reservations only, a grocer might run product orders only, and a business that does several can run several. Unused modes stay hidden from customers, so your listing advertises only what you actually do. On any paid plan, an in-app Message button is also shown on your listing so customers can reach you for questions or custom quotes.
Set up what each active mode needs
Each mode has its own prerequisite to go live, so the setup branches based on what you enabled. For appointments: define your availability windows recurring weekly slots, specific dates, or a mix and incoming requests land in your dashboard for you to review and confirm before they're locked in. For reservations: set the pricing model, the durations you allow and any blocked-out dates, then approve incoming reservation requests. For product orders: build your catalog with photos, pricing and a live stock count per item; stock decrements on every order and out-of-stock items are automatically blocked so you never oversell. Set up only the modes you've turned on.
Dial in your settings
Each mode carries its own configuration toggles, so you choose how it behaves without affecting the others. Handling: choose automatic or manual for confirmations, invoices and reminders, set independently for appointments, reservations and product orders. On-site QR check-in: an appointment-specific tool every confirmed appointment generates a signed, tamper-proof QR you scan on arrival for a one-tap check-in (it's not relevant to reservations or product orders). Every setting is per-toggle, nothing is all-or-nothing, and you can revisit any of them at any time.
Collect payment your way
Cariboard never processes or takes a cut of your payments. You configure the methods that work for your business (cash on site, bank transfer, your preferred wallet) and invoices carry those instructions. Every cent of every appointment, reservation or product order stays yours.
Run the day from your dashboard
Your provider dashboard surfaces each active mode in its own panel: today's appointments, active reservations, open product orders and live inventory levels, plus your full history. Messages from customers flow into the sitewide inbox alongside everything else. Search and filter by mode or customer to pull up anything in seconds, whether it's this afternoon's appointment or a repeat customer from last year.

Configure the role in one form: title, description, salary, location, work type, and (most importantly) your must-have and nice-to-have skills and experience. Those criteria aren't just copy; they're the configuration the ATS scorer uses to rank every incoming resume. A minute spent being specific here pays off on every application you receive.
Optionally spotlight the listing
Spotlight is a visibility setting you can toggle at any time. When enabled, your role surfaces above organic results on the Cariboard jobs feed. Nothing is shared off-platform; regular listings are fully discoverable through search and filters, and spotlight is purely for turning up the volume on a hard-to-fill hire.
Collect applications in one place
Applicants apply directly through the platform with their resume. Nothing arrives by email, nothing gets lost in a shared inbox. Every application lands in your jobs dashboard attached to the role it was submitted for, with applicant details, resume file, and submission timestamp in one view.
Automatic local ATS scoring
The moment a resume comes in, it's scored against the must-have and nice-to-have criteria you configured. Scoring runs automatically with no manual step; you open the role and applicants are already ranked, strongest fits at the top, weak matches at the bottom. No spreadsheet triage required.

Build your event page
Configure everything an attendee needs to decide: venue, date and time, cover image, description, what's included, and who it's for. This is the public page attendees land on from search, browse, and direct links; it's your entire sales pitch in one configurable surface.
Configure tiered tickets
Create as many tiers as you need (general admission, early-bird, VIP, group), each with its own price, its own perks, and its own capacity cap. Tiers are a settings construct: you can add, pause, or sell out a specific tier without touching the others. No external ticketing site, no separate dashboard.
Configure payment your way
Cariboard never takes a cut of your ticket revenue. Configure the payment methods you accept for orders: the platform coordinates the sale and collection, but the money flows to you directly. Every order, every cent, 100% yours.
Track sales & attendees live
Your organizer dashboard shows orders as they come in, remaining capacity per tier, total revenue, and your full attendee list in real time. When a tier hits its cap it stops accepting new orders automatically, and you can also flip a tier to sold out or paused yourself without touching the rest of the event.

Create your listing
Upload multiple photos, write a description, and configure the core details: category, condition, price and country. These settings shape both how your listing looks and who sees it: country gates regional discovery, and category drives where it shows up in browse and search.

Spotlight is an on-demand visibility setting you can toggle at any time. When enabled, your listing surfaces above regular results on category pages and search inside Cariboard. Nothing is shared off-platform; regular listings are fully discoverable on their own through search, filters and category browsing.
Receive buyer messages
On any paid seller plan, every buyer inquiry routes straight to your in-app inbox no email forwarding, no external chat apps. Reply, share more photos, negotiate price and agree on pickup or delivery in one thread attached to the listing. Free listings stay fully discoverable, but the in-app chat button isn't shown buyers contact you through the email or phone you display.
Settle the payment your way
Cariboard doesn't process the payment and never takes a cut. You and the buyer agree on whatever method works for both of you (cash on pickup, bank transfer, your preferred wallet) and settle directly outside the platform. Every cent stays 100% yours.
Archive or reactivate the listing
Once the item changes hands, archive the listing to clear it from your dashboard and remove it from new buyer searches so no one wastes time messaging about something already gone. If a deal falls through or the item comes back in stock, reactivate it in one click listings don't auto-expire behind your back, so the full lifecycle stays under your control.
